The Executive Director of MCA-TL, Ambassador Constancio Pinto, and the team participated in the session on the Integrated Management Program (IPM) for Compact Program Implementation. The session took place on 22-23 May 2024 at the MCA-TL Building in Timor Plaza and was facilitated by Mark Tkach from Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), Washington. This activity was also attended by the Director of MCC Residency for Timor-Leste, Ms. Gretchen ‘Gigi’ Goodhart, and team.
